Norbert is a Swiss-Hungarian citizen. He is the Founder & CEO of CENTIVIS AG. Prior starting his own consulting firm, he supported multiple innovative pharmaceutical, vaccines and in-vitro diagnostics product launches from the access and policy perspectives at Novartis and Roche Global HQ. He started his career at the European Parliament. Norbert holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Budapest University of Economics and Public Administration and an MBA from University of St. Gallen. He is a part time lecturer at University of Lucerne.
Alexandra lives in Munich, Germany and works as an international Medical Affairs Expert. Prior starting her consulting practice she developed and implemented global medical and clinical business strategies, action plans and processes for chemical and biological products and vaccines at Novartis and GSK. Alexandra is a Dr. of Veterinary Medicine by training at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and holds an MBA in General Management from Munich Business School.
Anand’s experience ranges from sales, marketing, strategic planning, pricing & market access and general management at global, regional and local levels in Singapore, Switzerland, Russia & India. His most recent experience has been with Novartis group where he was the Regional Head of Market Access / Government Affairs Asia as well as General Manager for Alcon Singapore. Prior to that he set-up & led the Market Access function for Novartis Oncology. In his prior experience, Anand has worked as a strategic planning manager for Edwards Lifesciences in Switzerland and as the Regional Manager Dr. Reddy’s Labs in Russia. Anand has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from HBTI Kanpur, Masters in International Business from IIFT, Delhi and MBA from IMD, Lausanne.
Kate is a registered nurse with extensive U.S. health policy experience within the public & private sectors. The majority of her career was at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. After leaving the government, Kate worked for the largest U.S. private payer, Blue Cross Blue Shield, leveraging her expertise on federal statutory and regulatory issues. For the last ten years, Kate served as Senior Director of Health Policy & Reimbursement for Roche Diagnostics Corporation North America where she was responsible for ensuring the entire diagnostics portfolio was reimbursed for the customer base. Kate holds a BSN from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree from Georgetown University.
Mattias has over 20 years of experience in the MedTech Industry. Mattias started his career within quality and regulatory and has held several positions within production, quality, logistics and R&D in a global medical device corporation specialized in intensive care. He has extensive experience in development of Northern and Pan-European market access, health economics and real-world evidence strategies. Mattias is also a frequent speaker at international reimbursement and regulatory conferences.
Wim has over 30 years of experience within the healthcare system. His first role was as a sales representative for biotechnology products evolving to product and marketing management roles in medical disposables for anesthesia and OR in the Benelux region. In 2002 he moved to pharma in business development and market access manager roles, first at Schering-Plough and later at UCB Pharma. After Maquet-Atrium merge he was responsible for the Global Market Access and Health Economics for the entire Maquet portfolio. He joined several working groups within BVMed (Germ), SNITEM (Fr), NICE (UK) and ISPOR and is working in close collaboration with national authorities like NICE, Inek/IQWiQ, HAS, TLV.
Tassos is a Greek citizen. Prior joining CENTIVIS, he was research assistant at the University of Zurich, and research intern at the University of Lucerne. He started his career at the Greek Center of European Studies and Research. Tassos holds a Master’s Degree in Health Sciences (major in Health Economics and Policy) from the University of Lucerne and an Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from University of Athens.
Konstantinos is a Greek citizen. Prior joining CENTIVIS, he was working as a full stack developer at Com Laude, an internet registrar in London.
